Shamara is an administrative assistant for our Child Development center .She has over five years of childcare experience and is currently working on obtaining her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification from Capella University. Her hands-on experience in various childcare settings has equipped her with a vast understanding of the intricacies of child development, behavior management, and the importance of creating nurturing environments.
